How to get to a Girl Viking retreat

We do not arrange flights or airport transfers, so a little planning on your side makes the journey feel easy from the moment you land.

Once your travel is booked, use the packing guide to get your bag ready.

Flights & transfers

Flights and airport transfers are not included. Book your own transport to and from the villa, and aim to arrive with enough time to settle in before the first workshop.

For Spain retreats, Málaga (AGP) is the nearest major airport. From there, you can continue by taxi, private transfer, or hire car to the villa in the mountains.

Arrival & departure

You will be welcomed by the Girl Viking team and taken through to the villa. The first day is for arriving, settling in, and easing into the week.

Retreats typically end on the morning of the final day. You can leave the villa after the last workshop — build that into your return flight plans so you are not rushing.
