FAQ
The itinerary above is an example and is subject to change. We will let you know the full timetable nearer the time. Once published we will always do our best to stick to the published schedule and ensure you get the full retreat experience, but occasionally changes may be necessary due to circumstances outside of our control. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that the schedule, activities and timings may need to be adjusted where required.
No, refunds are not available. If you need to cancel, you can transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Or delay your booking to a later retreat.
You will need to organise your own travel to and from the retreat. We may be able to provide a lift from Weymouth station for those travelling by train but this will need to be organised in advance. There is a regular bus service from Weymouth into Portland and it's just a short walk from the bus stop
Our retreat takes place in a beautiful, converted historic church, full of character, charm and rustic touches. The building is wonderfully unique, but the accommodation is more cosy and traditional than luxurious, with a mix of room sizes, furnishings and layouts. Some bedrooms are smaller than others, and sleeping arrangements vary across the venue. Some rooms have double beds shared between two guests, and some beds may be smaller than you’d typically expect in a modern hotel. We want you to know what to expect before you arrive, so please bear in mind that this is a relaxed, characterful retreat venue rather than a luxury hotel. The real magic is in the experience, the people you’ll meet and the time you’ll spend together. If you have any questions about room layouts or sleeping arrangements before booking, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!
