Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Your Retreat

Your place on a retreat is confirmed once we have received your booking and the required deposit or payment.

When you book, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including any information relating to dietary requirements, medical conditions, allergies, emergency contacts and other information we reasonably need to provide the retreat safely.

Your booking is personal to you unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Prices & Payments

The total price of your retreat and the payment schedule will be shown at the time of booking.

Where an instalment plan is offered, all payments must be made by the due dates shown at the time of booking.

If a payment is missed, we will contact you to arrange payment. If an overdue payment remains unpaid after a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your place may be offered to someone else.

Any cancellation resulting from missed payments will be subject to the cancellation terms in the next section.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before a booking is confirmed.
