I offer a holistic and spiritual approach to beauty, I want you to not only look great but feel great, inside and out.

I haven't always been in beauty, & aesthetics. I moved to London from Kent for five years to act as a band liaison at Ronnie Scott's, the famous Jazz club. I also played the piano and sang. Whilst working in London, I was introduced to pole dancing by a friend. I fell in love with the athletic side of the sport and the strength involved in the moves. I trained for more than three hours a day as a pole aerialist and competed for many years. During this time, I also trained in yoga in India. Again, I loved the strength and beauty of yoga. I bring shamanic healing to my holistic therapies I have studied Kambo Healing and qualified in 2022 as a Kambo practitioner. We do many healing techniques at Girl Viking including sound healing hapeh and cacoe  ceremonies. Girl Viking is a santuray for those who want to heal and invest in themselves.

I am also a fully qualified aesthetic practitioner , I have trained with leading practitioners helping me to enhance my skills in the aesthetic world its a passion of mine and something I take very seriously when helping women enhance their natural beauty. Fully Qualified and insured 

My name is Lauren, I am a professional Makeup Artist & Hairstylist for weddings, special events & nights out.

I have been in world of hair & makeup for 6 years. I love the creative side to it all, making women feel beautiful; using their natural beauty to do so.

I’ve been trained by Nina at GirlViking in Pole dancing, Aerial hoop & Pilates. This lead to me qualifying as an Aerial Hoop instructor 2 years ago. I thoroughly enjoy empowering women through flow & dance.
