Reformer Pilates

REFORMER 4 to 1 Pilates is a dynamic and challenging workout that combines controlled movements with resistance to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Using the Reformer machine, participants engage in a full-body workout that targets core muscles while promoting balance and alignment, build strength, increase flexibility, and feel rejuvenated with every session!

 

Our classes consist of 4 to 1 system none sharing this is for memberships and non members sometimes due to high demand there maybe a waiting list.

Aerial Hoop

Our aerial hoop classes take place in our newly refurbished studio. There is a maximum of 6 students per class, and there are three aerial hoops. This is an amazing class building strength and confidence whilst creating beautiful moves and holds in the air! Once again, this is an amazing way to get super fit and bendy whilst being creative. Taught by our aerial hoop instructor Lauren

Legs, Bums & Tums

COMING SOON! Legs, Bums & Tums is a fun and energetic workout designed to tone and strengthen the lower body. Focusing on the legs, glutes, and core, this class uses a combination of targeted exercises and cardio to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and burn calories. Perfect for all fitness levels, it’s a great way to sculpt and shape while boosting your overall fitness

Pole Fitness

The results from Pole fitness are truly amazing, giving my students strength, toning, and body confidence. Pole fitness classes have up to eight people in them with four poles.
Pole classes offer a full-body workout, improve flexibility, boost confidence, promote cardiovascular health, relieve stress, and provide a supportive community. Whether you're looking for a new workout routine or want to try something new, pole dancing is a great activity to consider.

Mat Pilates

COMING SOON! Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Performed on a mat, this class uses your own body weight and simple props like resistance bands or small weights to engage muscles and promote stability.
